Southwestern Chicken Sandwich

Made some chicken sandwiches using Southwest flavors. Seasoned the chicken with Mrs. Dash Southwest chipotle Seasoning. Also made a sauce using Ranch Dressing and Chipotle in Adobo sauce.

Panko covered BSCB on the grill indirect till it hit 165*F

Plated. Sandwich dressed with the Ranch/Chipotle dressing, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and habanero mustard. Also added a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of the chicken. Served with your basic side salad and some homemade black bean soup.

Why shouldn't health food look good? It is all a matter of the chef that makes it. Those places with drab looking food, I would stay clear of.
