Made some chicken sandwiches using Southwest flavors. Seasoned the chicken with Mrs. Dash Southwest chipotle Seasoning. Also made a sauce using Ranch Dressing and Chipotle in Adobo sauce.
Panko covered BSCB on the grill indirect till it hit 165*F
Plated. Sandwich dressed with the Ranch/Chipotle dressing, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and habanero mustard. Also added a slice of pepper jack cheese on top of the chicken. Served with your basic side salad and some homemade black bean soup.
