Smothered Chicken Breasts

Deboned a couple of chicken breasts and then pounded them out and then cut them square. seasoned inside and out with some Webers Kickin chicken and put a Jimmy Dean sausage patty in the breast and then just folded it over

On the grill indirect. Also just cut the rest of the chicken breasts in half and seasoned them with some Kickin Chicken too.

When the chicken was done added some sauteed onions and peppers

then some provolone cheese.

Plated with some red beans and rice and some mixed veggies.

Chicken cut in half

Smothered Chicken Breasts

Looks great Vermin! We're those sausage patties pre-cooked before wrapped?
