Smoke fried pork chops
Regular ole pork chops, real thin, coated with fine corn meal and a little corn starch with some Cajun Swamp Dust seasoning. Then blasted at 450 degrees 5 minutes per side. Served up with smothered yeller squash, black eyed peas and asparagus.
The fight ain't over until the winner says it is.
