A couple of corned beef roasts done on the grill. Soaked them in water for about 8 hours, added a little mustard to the top of each roast and added the seasoning packet, cooked them till 165

Roasts resting

Sliced one of them

Broke out the Panini Press and made some Reuben sandwiches. Instead of sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing I added Spicy Slawsa instead, good choice by the way!!!

I'm a huge corned beef (Reuben sandwich) fan and this looks fantastic John. I've been on the lookout for Slawsa and can't find it locally, saw it first on Shark Tank, must be good stuff if you are using it.

Its really good but wish it wasn't so sweet. I found some at a local market and got a couple of jars. I looked online and its cheaper for me to order it online than it is to go to the market.
