WIth fall in full swing there are fresh vegetables everywhere. My buddy brought me a box of tomatoes, peppers and egg plant. I took the peppers (Cayenne and Thai) and marinated some skirt steak with olive oil, orange zest and lemon juice. Served it up with canned refried beans and fruit salsa on a tortilla. Looking forward to leftovers.

Cooler weather has me looking at soups, chilis and sloppy joe. As much as I miss warm air I look forward to fall foods.
