Spotted a new, to me, marinade and went for it.

Picked up some skirt steak and introduced it to Mr. Marinade.

About four hours later they both met the grill.

Gave it a few minutes to rest and get ready for the finale.

john it all looks awesome....except one thing....You need to cut them against the grain.. Always cut skirts longways... Unless they are melt in your mouth tender... :D
 
Looks great and I bet it did melt in yur mouth!! (Never had skirt steak and I would probably have cut 'em the same way)....always sumtin to learn roun here!!

Looks great John, SS is rite too its cut wrong. I done a 48 hour marinade on em before using my own blend with no salt in it. They cut like butta then
 
LOL. After slicing I realized what I had done, must have been that second scotch. Still very tasty and not that chewy, marinade must have tenderized it.
