In ur house, eatin ur foodz.
So I ask the meat guy in Price Chopper if he has any of the CAB tri-tips that I saw a few days ago left. He said, "Uhhh, I guess. What ya gunna use it for?" I said. "To cook and eat." :? He said "Lemme show you what one looks like." He gets the cryo, opens it and shows me....I said "That's not tri tip, that's flap steak." (the kind that Costco cuts into long strips)..."Same thing" he says. Rather than argue with an idiot. I said "Give me that one, and don't touch it with your knife."
He packages it, and labels it as" Sirloin tip.

Sooo, I marinated it in Zin, woost, evoo, garlic, onion, and WRO, Threw it on with some asparagus that was soaked in Lawry's herb n Garlic.
