Bottom round tip roast. Smashed up some cloves of garlic in a mortar and pestle with some Knox's Black Pepper rub and cut a few slits in the roast and put some of the smashed garlic into the slits. Rubbed the roast with the Black Pepper rub and let is come up to almost room temp.
