I cubed up 2 sirloin steaks, along with portabellas, zuchini, red onion, new potatoes and red bell pepper. Marinated everything in 1 bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing, bout 1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup of Wolfe Rub Bold for about 6 hours. These turned out incredible, the pictures do not do them justice. Savory melt in your mouth beef and vegetables.

Larry, do you have a Costco nearby? Try the flap meat cut into kabobs .......... fantastic!

I don't care for Costco meat, but I agree, flap meat rocks!
