I've been craving steak, sirloin to be specific and sirloins are on sale for $2.99lb! :D My oldest daughter (Lisa) and her boyfriend watched the dogs and the house for use while we were out of town so I owed them a nice dinner. My steak and the BF's steak got a very healthy dose of Wolfe Rub Bold, Lisa's got Wolfe Rub Original and my wife got S,P and garlic. We also did the usual red onion, bell pepper and zuchini marinated in Italian Dressing along with white and sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes got a good dose of Wolfe Rub Original as well, great combination!!

indeed, I could just drink that gravy. tater looked spectacular too.
If I had to guess, I'd say this is your favorite meal?

Yes, give me a sirloin any day!! I'm very hooked on the grilled sweet peppers too. Slice of pepper on a slice of steak, like heaven!

that red onion looks like something you'd get at one of
those Japanese steak houses, all stacked up like that...
great job

I didn't do that, it's from keeping the core in and due to the shrinking during the cooking process!
