I haven't had a steak in awhile.......

Went through the fridge and pulled out some small roasted potatoes we had the night before, scooped the skins and added a little butter, sour cream, bacon bits and cheddar cheese.

There was also a lonely half onion and half bell pepper that was grilled as well.

Added a little fresh zuchini...

Pretty good dinner in a flash!
