By the time I got to the butcher yesterday they were out of Rib Eyes, had to settle for a couple of Choice NY Strips. Coming up to room temp with a little Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, and Ground Black Pepper.

On to the grill.

Off the grill and resting for a couple of minutes.

I overcooked mine a tad bit but it was still very tasty, my wife thought they were perfect.
 
Im glad somebody other than me like fries with a good steak. Onion rangs too. Nice job.

Well I cant figger out this olive oyl deal. Why would somebody want to put it on a good steak. Color me puzzled. Merry Christmas by the way.
