Sausage on WSM.

I did a few sausage links for dinner tonight on the WSM. I removed the water pan and lit a chimmly full of charcoal and tossed a few chunks of apple in there. During the last few min I glased it with TPJ. It was very good this is what I plan to do at new holland.

here are a few pics

Nick I did some with and some with out. The ones with out it were ok. But the ones with it had to have been some of the best sausage I have ever cooked. I only put a thin glaze on and it added something that was missing from the plain. My brother like the plain better but he is a little girl and cant handle any heat. When ever I grill sausage from now on I plan to glaze it with TPJ.
