Not a bad grill night. No plated pics cuz I was too busy scarfing down.
 
Great job Pigs. Making me hongry over here. Never heard of that brand of lump. Save us some googling and tell us where they make it and stuff. Thinking the stuff might be borderline too big for a bullet. I tried stuffing one with large diameter lump one time. Was not a good plan. My theory was it packed in there too light and loose to make a good fire.
 
I'm sorry, did you say "too much pepper flakes...... " ? Seriously, that's not possible ;)
Looks yummy, love those grilled 'shrooms !
 
We all criticize our own cooking but, others love it. That looks great and I bet it tasted even better.
