I took some strips of skirt steak and filleted them in half then marinated in Sour Orange juice & Cook well & Company's Pecos 83... This is the food we ate at Sapothon 2010 check out "Teamsurfinsapo" on youtube.

Love the beach! We don't have those in Toronto. I'd be out there on a sailboard, then come in for some BBQ and a cooler full of great microbrews. THAT is the life.
