Decided to do a Santa Maria Style BBQ for Memorial Day/Smoke Day along with some chicken. Chicken cooked indirect with some SBR and cut with Worcestershire sauce. Tri tips done with some Suzie Q seasoning and a chunk of red oak for smoke and cooked to med with a reverse sear at the end. Pinquito beans were done on the stove I just put them on the grill to try and get a little smoke flavor to them.
