Salt encrusted meat thingy
Went out to eat here last nite:
http://www.texasdebrazil.com/
I just opened here in BR, Everything was fantastic, meats were fork tender. So the voices in my head said "Humm... how did they do it"
http://www.yumsugar.com/280688
So this must be an ages old Brazilian method of BBQ/grilling/roasting.
