Bought a pork loin today cut a third of it up seasoned with a little Bad Byron's Butt Rub and some no salt Costco Seasoning. Also made some Ranch style beans with some sauteed onion and ham added.
Roast and beans done.

Collard greens with smoked pork neck added.

Homemade slaw

Lookin' good (as usual!) Vermin!

John, pork loin is my favorite cut of pork, cooked exactly like you did! I would bathe in the greens and cole slaw first, then make a sammich! EXCELLENT meal as always!!

Nice job Vermin. Looks like u nail it on temp. Sliced pork is a favorite. Looks like you also have a slicer? If not nice job on the slicing. Sliced pork is a good, cheap meal :)
