Rotisserie Pork Loin
Bought a pork loin today cut a third of it up seasoned with a little Bad Byron's Butt Rub and some no salt Costco Seasoning. Also made some Ranch style beans with some sauteed onion and ham added.
Roast and beans done.
Collard greens with smoked pork neck added.
Homemade slaw
Pork loin sliced up
Plated

Nice job Vermin. Looks like u nail it on temp. Sliced pork is a favorite. Looks like you also have a slicer? If not nice job on the slicing. Sliced pork is a good, cheap meal
