Roadside Ribs?

Wow, these were great! Marinated untrimmmed spare ribs for about 12 hours, grilled combination direct and indirect for about 2.5 hours and basted about every 30 minutes. (Note: I like to use apple cider vinegar vs. white vinegar) These did not turn out beautiful, but they were VERY tasty!

I'd eat em as well. I love untrimmed ribs, all the crunchy ends, yummmmy.

A fav around here is the roadside marinade on pork chops...bone in or boneless then grilled...
