Hi guys,

First time poster.

I usually smoke my ribs in a Bradley but today my buddy was coming over and he was going to cook them on my grill. Unfortunately his son had a seizure so he can't make it and it's too late for me to smoke them.

I have them rubbed and in the fridge. What temp and for how long should I grill them for? I know to wait for the meat to pull back from the bone. Do you guys spritz? I'm partial to apple cider vinegar if i need to spritz.

These need to go on pretty soon to be ready for dinner in time. Oh yeah, they're spare ribs, St Louis style

I would do the following, Only light one side of the grill, keep it on the lowest heat possible, place the ribs on the opposite side of the heat, make a defusser out of a couple sheets of foil to help with the heat.
