Ribs 2 Ways and Salmon

Doing ribs again for my family and salmon for me.

Seasoned Cathryn's ribs with Wolfe Rub Citrus and my wife's with S&P BORING!

Cooked indirect for about 2 hours at ????? 325ish?

Sauced Cathryn's with Sweet Baby Rays.

Seasoned my salmon with EVOO and Wolfe Rub Citrus.

Dinner is ready!

My plate! I made this salsa which consisted of pico de gallo, black beans, roasted corn, mandarin oranges and some other stuff. VERY GOOD!

One bite with a little bit of everything! YUM

I think I tried WRC on ribs once, but thought the WRO or WRB were a better match for pork.

The WRC and the sauce on the ribs, was surprisingly good! I ate one of her leftover bones!

Great meal! If I were to choose, I'd pick the ribs with s&p only. I know....I'm boring too.
