Ribeyes were on sale

Picked up a few ribeyes yesterday. The local supermarket had them on sale for $5.99 per pound. Not a bad price.

Worchester, salt, pepper, onion & garlic.

Need my veggies!

Let's eat!

What a good looking meal. How was the grilled egg plant? I have always thought it would get too mushy.

Looks very good. I have thought of buying a whole ribeye roast from Sam's and vac packing. I just don't want to turn loose of the $$$$

They were grilled to medium, the way my wife likes them. The eggplant is fine if you don't over cook it.
