Seems like forever since I have cooked some ribeyes. The meat market I go to had them on sale so I bought 4 but only cooked two.

Steaks flipped. Only other seasoning was a little black pepper.

Very nice job, John! You sure make great things on that wok!

Do you wash the salt off the steaks or just knock it off or scrape it off?

Rinse off all of the salt and pat the steak dry.
