It's great when I can buy 9 lbs of ribeye for $45. Boneless ones were a buck more a lb, but I really prefer bone-in.

John how do you like Safeways Rancher Reserve meats? I've gotten two of their rib roasts in the past and didn't care for them at all?? What are your thoughts.

I'll tell you what, if you have a Blooms out your way try their (I forgot their brand of beef) but try their rib eyes, some of the best I've ever had and reasonably priced!

I haven't had any complaints, Larry, but I don't know meats as well as you do. We don't have a Bloom's store nearby. I'll check 'em out next time I'm near one.
