Ribbage

I got a rack of spare ribs and trimmed them down to St. Louis style ribs, rubbed liberally with Wolfe Rub Original BBQ Seasoning.

Smoked indirect on the kettle with cherry and apple wood.

I'm not a huge rib fan, but these were pretty darn good if I say so myself.

The ribs were actually grilled Monday and didn't get around to eating them. So I reheated and sauced in the oven and boiled the corn.

Re: Ribbage

You should try ziplock zip and steam bags, They make kick ass corn on the cob in 5 mins no pan to wash and taste dare I say better then boiled, If I'm not grillin it it's hittin the bag. Great looking ribs is that redskin potatoes or bacon in see in that salad?

Nice looking groceries..even though the ribs did turn black from the Cheery wood. Black is beautiful.
