corned beef brisket soaked for almost 2 hours to remove the salt with 3 water changes. Added the seasoning packet on top that is in the package


Cooked till 165*F internal temp


Blue box mac and cheese, steamed veggies and sauerkraut cooking


Sandwiches before some swiss cheese and sauerkraut added.


Sandwich getting grilled


Plated on the fine china!

Looks mighty good. Ok now lets get the factoids straight. How much did it weigh? Did the soak really get the salt out of it? That sounds a bit rare for brisket. Could it be chewed? lol.
