I loaded up the oval this morning, anticipating eating crab legs cooked inside. So we had a change of plans and had ribeyes for dinner. So I loaded up the Performer and it did indeed perform!!! Marinated zuchini, onion and potatoes in Zesty Italian dressing. Then dipped the steaksin the dressing before grilling then seasoned one with S&P and the other with DP Cowlick. Also did some corn. Overall a very good dinner!
