Rain Outside and Steak Inside

I was really hoping that there would be just enough break in the rain for me to squeeze out a few ribeye steaks on the gas grill.

Didn't happen......My wife suggested that we use the old electric grill that we purchased several years ago.

I have to say that, in a pinch it worked great. Cooked med steaks in about 7 min on each side. The lower cooking temps didn't seem to affect the outcome at all. In fact, this was one of my better cooks.
