I found some rabbit in a local Hispanic market and wanted to try one. I marinated it in about a 1/4 cup EVOO with a lot of garlic and a lil Rosemary overnight in a baggie. My Kettle has been neglected so I fired it up and cooked it indirect for about 10mins and tried to ctisp the skin up a little for about 3 more mins. I heard that you really do not want to overcook it or dry it out. This worked out well. Very moist and it does taste like chicken!

Looks good. I haven't had rabbit in years. When I was a kid my granddad would have the family over and fry up a mess of rabbit, squirrel, and catfish - all from his efforts. Definitly good eats.

Skin???? The rabbit had it's skin still on? That means it was shaved...I hope?
Ate many ah fine rabbits from my huntings days.
