Needed a quick fix of chicken tonight. I didn't have much time to think about it so I bought 10 chicken thighs and fixed them up quick! Pumped 5 of them up with Goya Mojo juice, the rubbed them down with Wolfe Rub Bold. Took the other five and rubbed them down with Wolfe rub Citrus. Grilled them to perfection then sauced the 5 unpumped ones with SBR. Got the sauce glazed over real nice and it was dinner time. Didn't think about taking pictures until after dinner but had one of the three leftover pieces. All tasted real good!
