Last night was our annual Christmas get together, we've been hosting this for the last 21 years with our close friends. My lovely wife got this 17 pound prime rib, I seasoned it with salt, pepper, and a boatload of fresh garlic. Set it up on the Weber at 325 and let her go...yummmmmmm!

Dayum, that looks good! Now I want prime rib too, I'd better start saving up for it!
 
Very nice Toby. I always do prime ribs on the WSM with all the vents wide open. Never thought about using the rotisserie.
