Prime reverse seard

I did this last night for dinner. Used the reverse sear method but maybe next time ill use more charcoal. Sirloin was on sale at Tonys meats for $8.99 lb. My wife made a bleu cheese steak salad and my daughter made the vegetable plate. DAMN IT WAS GOOD.









My Daughters excellent vegee plate! Makes me proud!


not a cucumber fan though...yuk!

I've seen chicken salad but never a "real meat" salad!

woulda been better with fresh bleu cheese crumbles....thats why I only ate steak... either way it was good....not tryin to gloat...

That salad looks awesome. I love cucumber, but I don't like raw celery very much, I think it's the texture.

Thanks! Just got the new cam and its 10 megapixels - or so it claims, not bad for $129 at best buy if you ask me ....that other POS camera is on ebay...(dont bid)
