This was all Leigh-Ann's doing...as I've said many times before (and it's the truth), I'm just the monkey in front of the grill. She's the brilliance behind most of our meals. I'm just the one that puts her creations to heat. She knocked this one out of the park. Phenomenal meal!

Porterhouses are on sale this week at Tom Leonard's, our go to beef source, $5.99/lb. This beauty was around $7.00. Rubbed with olive oil and seasoned with minced garlic, kosher salt, pepper and a little crushed sage.

On, direct for 3 minutes a side, rotating 90* half way through.

Sliced and put over a salad of red leaf lettuce, red onion, toasted pecans, crumbled blue cheese and drizzled with homemade red wine vinaigrette.

Simple but delicious. Best meal of the Summer so far.
