I did some freezer diving yesterday and found quite a bit of goodies in there. Found a package with 2 pork tenderloins in there along with some bacon so, Pork on Pork! Sliced the tenderloin into medalions, wraped them in bacon. 1 tenderloin got a Tropical mango marinade and the other just got a "Jerk" rub on it. I'm not a fan of Jerk but these were not bad at all.

Dang Puffster that looks good enough to eat. Fine job!! Warden come home from the store yesterday with an over priced half loin (all groceries is rapdily getting overpiced in case nobody has noticed). We threatened to cut it up into steaks but decided just to cook it in the oven (I'm so ashamed) I offered to cook it on either the gasser or the electrified Brinkmann but she thought that would be too much trouble. She was right. I can eat it out of the oven just fine:) Mustard slather and Omaha Steaks Seasoning..which is some excellent stuff if you aint tried it by the way. Anyway its done but I am in a drinking phase which I do not like to get messed up with food on those old deals. Maybe a little overcooked. It went from 140 to 160 quicker than a minner can swim a dipper. I like 150 but missed the window of opprotunity to pull it. Kick kick.
