Quick post because the Sox/Yanks game is about to come on...


Ground pork & minced onion patties, onion slices and corn.

Burgers & onions on, direct for 3 minutes a side. Corn already had a head start.

That looks great!!! It's been a long time since I have had ground pork. After seeing that it won't be much longer.
 
I like pork burgers....
Pork burgers are next on my list of barbecue foods to perfect so thanks for the tips!
