Pork Burgers

Quick post because the Sox/Yanks game is about to come on...


Ground pork & minced onion patties, onion slices and corn.




Burgers & onions on, direct for 3 minutes a side. Corn already had a head start.




Burgers & onions moved indirect...




...until they are done.




Game started...Get out Ellsbury! Yes!!


Where was I? Oh, cheesed em up and toasted the buns.




Off.




Plated with the grilled onion slice and some avocado.
