I asked my Wife to get some CSRs and she came home with some bone in pork chops. A mistake in a good way this time.

First sauteed half a sweet onion and a whole green pepper with a quarter stick of butter. Also halved some potatoes

Quick sear on some chops, seasoned with some Rooster Booster and black pepper

Then in the pan with the onions, green pepers, 12 oz bottle of SuckleBusters Peach BBQ sauce and 3/4 of a Coors Light for 45 minutes.

Then added 2 28 oz cans of of Bush's Baked beans and cooked for another hour.

Plated with some store bought cole slaw. Not that great to look at but it sure tasted good.

Way to go Vermin. Who would of thought. Did that concoction come out of your head or did you get help from some demented old "What to do with your left over beer?" recipe? As JB would say, "We're going to have to keep an eye on you boy".

Very rarely do I have an original thought.  Actually its a BBQ pit boys recipe. I just changed it up a bit and didn't put the beans in till towards the end. I have tried this before and put the beans in at the beginning but the beans get overcooked and turn into refried beans IMO.
