Pork and beans

I bought a full pork loin on sale a couple of weeks ago, I usually am just cooking for 2 so I cut it up and froze most of it. Tonight I made a glaze with hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, onion powder, dry mustard, salt and pepper. I also cooked some black beans with some red onion, garlic, jalapeno, and a can of "ROTEL tomatoes", didn't look pretty, but tasted really good. Made some slaw too.

I was talking about the beans specifically, I thought the pork looked fine.
