Poor Mans Ribeyes

Picked up a nice pack of chuck eyes yesterday for $8. Seasoned with salt and pepper and seared at 700 a couple minutes on each side. I literally cut them with a fork.

Hi Larry, (breakup the Skins )
Larry, is a boneless chuck underblade steak the same thing as chuck eye? Nothing labeled chuck eye at my BJ's today, but they have chuck steak labeled the other.
Oops, looks like I screwed up again. Ok, but I found a marinade that I'll try. Oops a lot of times turns out pretty good. We'll see.

You got that right with those chuck eyes Larry. A hell of a lot cheaper than rib eyes better tasting.
