Picked up some premarinated Pollo Asada at the market for some tacos. Sorry for the crappy pics, forgot to turn the flash back on when it got dark outside.

Chicken, green onions and some andouille sausage on the grill.

Plated.Pollo Asada tacos made with some chipotle sour cream, pico de gallo and avacado and served with white rice and refried beans and green onions.

Andoulle sausage done. Don't know what I'm gonna do with these yet. Either make some red beans and rice or have them for lunch tomorrow.

wish those pics were in focus, cause they look great even when fuzzy.
After a few more beers I'll come back and look again, everything
should be 20/20 then.
