I bought 2 lbs of pizza dough and was able to make 4 pizzas out of them. I set up my grill for indirect cooking

Rolled out the dough and applied some olive oil on one side.

Placed the oil side down on the direct side of the grill and oiled the other side.

When the dough starts to bubble it is time to flip.

Move the dough to the indirect side of the grill and place your toppings on. Veggies and sausage need to be precooked since the pizza will only be on till the cheese melts unless you like raw veggies on your pizza. This pizza had Pizza sauce, peperoni, onion, sliced green olives that were stuffed with garlic, sausage and cheese.

Forgot to take a finished pic but here is a Peperoni Sausage one I did up earlier. Make sure you have everything in place before starting, these things cook up pretty fast.
