Pizza Night
Stuffed some mushrooms with some chopped up peperoni, pizza sauce and cheese. They lasted about 3 minutes.
Peperoni and cheese for the boys
Then Philly cheese steak pizzas for my Wife and me. Sauteed some sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms and used up the leftover tri tip from last night.
My plate.

Re: Pizza Night
Both look quite tasty... I love pizza from the grill and certainly don't do it enough. Cool idea on the mushrooms too.

Re: Pizza Night
it all looks good, but the shrooms look amazing.
I think coating the shrooms in olive oil might help a little.

Re: Pizza Night
Looks great! I'm curious, did you prefer the pizzas on the stone or the ones that were cooked indirect on the grate? Was that the same type of crust/dough? Sorry, I'm kind of a pizza nerd.
