I had a craving for shredded beef and did a quick 5 hour pepper stout beef. Also had some fresh local corn, fried zuchini and yellow squash.

3.5lb Chuck Roast seasoned with salt and pepper, smoked with apple and cherry wood for 2 hours, then added the peppers, onions, Guinness, garlic, salt and pepper.
