Life has gotten in the way of my addiction recently and I haven't been able to participate here as I'd like. I've been lurking though and there has been some phenomenal food coming off of your grills. Awesome! Finally got a free day and was able to get out by my grills.

Got this one from Seven Fires by Francis Mallmann. It was incredible...and simple.

Getting ready.

What a great meal. Loved it all. The only thing we did different from the recipe is I brined the loin and the addition of the goat cheese. The goat cheese made the peaches side.

Thanks for looking. Have a great weekend, all!

I was getting ready to send out the search party to look for you, but seems you have not forgotten how to cook. That all looks killer Don, good to have you back, looking forward to more lessons.

Not ganna lie Goat cheese scares the sh*t outta me, i've never had it... hope to get the nerve some day, but every thing looks great good call on the brine
