Seasoned chicken breast liberally with Wolfe Rub Citrus. Cooked indirect with one piece of apple wood in the 325º-350º range....I think, wasn't monitoring temps.

Flipped over after about 30 minutes and applied the first coat of Orange Marmalad Sriracha Sauce.

Fipped and basted about every 5-10 minutes.
