Hi guys. Merry Christmas, happy New Year etc from Connecticut. Haven't posted in a while, as BBQ season kinda ends in October around here. Gets dark early and the friggin' wind won't leave my grill cover alone.
The good news though is that my son gave me a new smoker grill for Christmas and I'm chompin' at the bit to fire it up. I thought I'd pass it by you guys to see what you think and maybe give me some tips.
It's a powder coated 7-in-1 smoker grill from Cabela's -

The spiff on it says it can be either charcoal or gas fired, I dunno which to try first. Anybody have any experience with these critters?
And for those of you in Winter climates, what are you grilling?
