After playing a little softball with my oldest girl we decided to make some nacho brats for lunch. They were topped with a homemade guacamole and homemade salsa with a little pepper jack cheese.

I wish that brat was mine and na-cho's! Looks great. :D

So that's what the mini BGE is for. Brats or dogs. Maybe one steak. Saw one for the first time this past weekend and wondered what a person would cook on it. :?: Now I know.

Well that do look good. Love guac and can tolerate brats if thats all there is:) Now the weaker half brought in some Johnsonvilles in various flavor combos here while back and found them purty danged good. The Cajun flavor was muy bueno. Now these may have been already cooked. I forget right now.

Lake Cumberland or Somerset which ever ya want to call it

I had a GREAT vacation at Lake Cumberland back in the day. Rented a house boat and brought our smaller runners to explore the whole lake...made a jump of 66 falls (or whatever it's called)...one of the best times I have EVER had!!

BTW, nice looking brats!! :)
