My try at Chuck Eye Steaks

Finally got around to trying some chuck eyes I picked up last weekend, Today I finally got some time to burn up some charcoal.

salted the steaks

the chuck eyes went on the Santa Maria grill to get cooked over some mesquite lump

My plate with some creamed spinach, potatoes, mushrooms, peppers and a steak. steaks are really good for the price.

Yum. That salt method works great too. I have been doing the reverse sear alot lately. Good looken cook V.
