Here are last nights ribeyes. First time trying the Reverse Sear Finny method. Resulted in a very juicy steak that was med rare clear through. Topped with crumbled gorgonzola cheese and sided with grilled zukes and squash... paired with a Chilean Cabernet Sovignon. I was a happy camper! :)
