Mexican "ABT's"

An "Atomic Buffalo Turd" or "A.B.T." is simply a jalapeno pepper stuffed with your favorite ingredient and wrapped with bacon and grilled on a BBQ Pit. In this case I stuffed them with Mexican Sausage "Chorizo" mixed with cream cheese. They were awesome!! Some were hotter"spice wise" than others though.

Looks good bro! Love ABT's and beer! I cut the pepper lengthwise in half and scrape out the membrane with a spoon then fill it with cream cheese and salad shrimp mixture. Then wrap in bacon and secure with a toothpick. Awesome stuff!

Something cool looking... But I'll add....
I use a large twisted Ziploc bag with an end snipped off and I don't have to clean it.
